מאוד חשוב לנו שתהיי מאושרת עם הרכישה שלך, השירות אצלנו הוא ערך עליון ולעולם לא תיתקלי בסירוב לא הגיוני או חוסר רצון לסייע גם אם זה חורג מגבולות תקנון זה.

עדיין, כדי למנוע חוסר הבנה או אי נעימויות נפרט כאן את התנאים. אנו מתנצלים אם מסיבה כלשהי את לא מרוצה, אבל נשמח ביותר כדי לספק אפשרות החלפה או החזרה לכל הפריטים שנרכשו מאיתנו תחת התנאים המפורטים מטה.

תוקף החלפות או החזרות

כל בקשה להחלפה או החזרה תתאפשר בתוך 10 ימים ממועד הוצאת החשבונית עבור לקוחות בישראל ו -20 ימים עבור הזמנות מחו”ל. בישראל, קיימת אפשרות להחליף בחנות הבוטיק שלנו בקיבוץ נגבה.

ניתן להחליף פריטים שנרכשו באתר עד 30 יום מיום הקניה בדואר חוזר או אצלנו בסטודיו בקיבוץ נגבה, בתנאי שלא נעשה בהם שימוש וכנגד קבלה מקורית או פתק החלפה.

כדי להחזיר פריטים שנרכשו דרך האתר יש לצרף את החשבונית המקורית יחד עם הפריטים כאשר הם נשמרו במצב חדש, לא היו בשימוש וניתנים למכירה מחדש ארוזים באריזתם המקורית.

את הפריטים יש לשלוח בדואר רשום הניתן למעקב למען הבא:

לאחר קבלת הפריטים ישלח אישור בדואר אלקטרוני מאיתנו, ויועבר קוד שובר זיכוי ייחודי לשימוש בחנות המקוונת שלנו התואם את סכום הפריט המוחלף. תקופת הטיפול בפריט מוחזר לא תעלה על  5 ימי עסקים מרגע קבלת החבילה שלך.

קוד שובר זיכוי לרכישה בחנות המקוונת ישמשו בעסקה אחת יחידה כאשר סכום עודף אשר לא נוצל, לא יוחזר. תוקף השימוש בקוד שובר הזיכוי לא יעלה על 30 יום מרגע קבלתו.

הפריט אליו תרצי להחליף ישלח אליך חזרה בדואר רשום ללא עלות משלוח (עבור החלפה ראשונה בלבד של אותו פריט)

ניתן להחזיר פריטים תמורת החזר כספי מלא עד שבועיים מיום קבלתם, בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן .

לא יינתן זיכוי או החזר כספי על דמי משלוח.

תנאים נוספים

אם אחד מהמוצרים שהתקבלו הגיע פגום או נשלח לכתובת לא נכונה, מירב לב-רן תישא בעלות המשלוח התקין אליך. שים לב: כל ההחלפות כפופות לזמינות מלאי תוך מאמץ רב לשלוח מוצר רצוי בחזרה אליך בהקדם, אם זאת אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות לעשות החלפה לפריט בעל ערך דומה או מתן קוד שובר זיכוי לחנות במקרה של חוסר במלאי על פי שיקול דעתנו ובהתייעצות עם הלקוח.

כל החלפת פריט תתבצע פעם אחת בלבד לאותו פריט.

 

 

 

מדיניות תיקונים ואחריות

אנו מציעים שירותי תיקון עבור כל המוצרים שלנו למעט מוצרים שבמבצע.

תכשיטים מקולקציית הזהב ואבני החן יהיו תחת  אחריות למשך 12 חודשים מיום איסוף הפריט או קבלת המשלוח.

מדיניות זו אינה מכסה נזק או אובדן הנובע משימוש לא נכון בפריט, מגרימת נזק ייחודי בשוגג או באקראי אשר היא תוצאה של שימוש על ידך.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Cancelation of an order in accordance to the protection of consumer law (order cancelation) 2010 and the “protection of consumer 1981” .

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us under the following terms.

VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS

All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Israel, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at our boutique store in kibbutz Negba.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY (ONLINE SHOP)

You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.

Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage.

Wait for our email confirmation and you will be notified once your online Store Credit Voucher is ready.  Generally, the processing period is 5 working days upon receipt of your parcel.

All requests for returns will be refunded via online Store Credit Vouchers only. Your online Store Credit Voucher is valid for 30 days and can be used for your next purchase online. It is strictly nonrefundable, non-extendable, non-exchangeable for cash and non-exchangeable for boutique vouchers. The online Store Credit Voucher is applicable online only and cannot be used in our Retail boutiques.

Online Store Credit Vouchers are to be used in a singular transaction and any excess amount not utilized, would not be refunded.

Online Store Credit Vouchers given will be at the buying price of the product as stated in the original invoice. No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned and onward shipping charges of exchanged items.

However, if any of the products received is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, Merav lev-ran will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you. Please note that all exchanges are subjected to stock availability and whilst we endeavor to ship a replacement item(s) back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value or providing online store credits or any other methods at the discretion of meravonline.com

No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.
