מדיניות פרטיות מירב לב-רן 

"מירב לב-רן" מכבדת את פרטיות המשתמשים באתר. מדיניות הפרטיות של האתר כמפורט להלן:

כללי

השימוש באתר החברה כרוך באיסוף מידע מוגבל על הגולשים. חלק מהמידע מזהה אתכם באופן אישי, בשמכם ובכתובתכם ומזהה מוצרים ושירותים שרכשתם. מידע זה נמסר על ידכם ביודעין, כאשר אתם נרשמים לשירות באתר. חלק מהמידע אינו מזהה אתכם אישית ואינו נשמר יחד עם פרטיכם, כגון מידע סטטיסטי ומצטבר. מידע זה כולל את העמודים שבהם צפיתם, ההצעות והשירותים שענינו אתכם, כתובת האינטרנט (IP) שממנה פניתם ועוד.

רישום

בעת הרישום, תתבקשו למסור שם ושם משפחה, כתובת דואר אלקטרוני , שם משתמש וסיסמה. לא ניתן לספק שירותים מסוימים ללקוח אשר לא ימסור מידע זה. “מירב לב-רן” תבקש מכם רק את המידע הנחוץ במישרין לאספקת השירותים או לרכישת המוצרים באתר.

שימוש ואבטחת המידע

“מירב לב-רן” ו/או מי מטעמה נוקטים באמצעי זהירות מקובלים על מנת לשמור ככל האפשר על סודיות המידע. פרטיו האישים של המשתמש ישמרו במאגר אך ורק אם נרשם לדיוור ישיר אלקטרוני למעט פרטי אשראי.

על מנת להגן על סודיות המידע, פועלת “מירב לב-רן” באמצעות פרוטוקול לסחר אלקטרוני (SSL-Secure Socket Layer) המשמש להצפנת נתונים מרגע קבלתם במערכת ועד להעברתם למערכת אתר “מירב לב-רן” . ויודגש, פרטי כרטיסי האשראי של המשתמשים אינם נשמרים כלל במערכות “מירב לב-רן” מאחר ו”מירב לב-רן” נעזרת בחברה חיצונית לצורך סליקת כרטיסי האשראי. מובן כי מדובר בסביבה מקוונת לאפשר שימוש בשירותים שונים באתר, אין באפשרותה של “מירב לב-רן” להבטיח חסינות מוחלטת מפני חדירות למחשביה או חשיפת מידע שנאגר בידי מבצע פעולות בלתי חוקיות ועל כן, אם יעלה בידי צד שלישי לחדור למידע אשר שמור בידי “מירב לב-רן” ו/או להשתמש בו לרעה, לא תהיה למשתמש כל טענה, תביעה או דרישה כלפי “מירב לב-רן”. כמו כן, במקרים הנובעים מכוח עליון, מירב לב-רן לא תהיה אחראית לכל נזק מכל סוג שהוא, עקיף או ישיר שייגרם למשתמש או למי מטעמו, אם מידע כלשהו שמסר יאבד או יגיע לגורם עוין ו/או יעשה בו שימוש שלא בהרשאה. “מירב לב-רן” מתחייבת כי לא תעשה שימוש בפרטי המשתמשים באתר אלא לצרכי תפעול האתר בלבד ועל מנת לאפשר את ביצוע הרכישה באתר, וכן, לצורך שמירת קשר עם המשתמש. למרות האמור לעיל, “מירב לב-רן” תהא רשאית להעביר פרטיו האישיים של משתמש לצד שלישי במקרים בהם המשתמש ביצע מעשה או מחדל הפוגעים ו/או העלולים לפגוע        ב”מירב לב-רן” ו/או בצדדים שלישיים כלשהם, המשתמש עשה שימוש בשירותי “מירב לב-רן” לביצוע מעשה בלתי חוקי, אם התקבל בידי “מירב לב-רן” צו שיפוטי המורה לה למסור את פרטי המשתמש לצד שלישי וכן בכל מחלוקת או הליך משפטי. כמו כן, “מירב לב-רן” תוכל להשתמש בפרטיו האישיים של המשתמש, ללא זיהוי המשתמש הספציפי, לצורך ניתוח מידע סטטיסטי והצגתו ו/או מסירתו לגורמים אחרים כאשר מטרתו של מידע זה לשפר, לשנות ולהעשיר את התכנים והשירותים המוצעים ע”י “מירב לב-רן”, באתר או במסגרת השירותים האחרים שהיא מעמידה לציבור.

דיוור ישיר אלקטרוני

“מירב לב-רן” מעוניינת לשלוח לכם מדי פעם בדואר אלקטרוני מידע בדבר שירותיה וכן מידע שיווקי ופרסומי. מידע כזה יועבר אליכם רק אם נתתם הסכמה מפורשת לכך בעת הרישום. המידע שתמסרו ישמר בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ”א 1981, במאגר מידע רשום של החברה.

שינויים במדיניות הפרטיות

בכל מקרה שבו יבוצעו במדיניות זו שינויים מהותיים בהוראות שעניינן השימוש במידע אישי שמסרתם, תפורסם על כך מודעה באתר.

קניין רוחני

האתר, תוכנו וסימני המסחר שבו, עיצובי התכשיטים וכל זכויות היוצרים המדגמים והפטנטים וכן כל זכויות הקניין הרוחני באתר שייכות באופן בלעדי ל”מירב לב-רן” ו/או לחברות צד שלישי שמיוצגות ברשות מטעמה, למעט אם צוין במפורש אחרת. לפיכך כל העתקה, הפצה, שידור, פרסום, העברה ושימוש בכל התכנים המופיעים באתר, או בחלקם, ללא רשותה המפורשת מראש ובכתב של     “מירב לב-רן” אסורים בהחלט, אלא אם ניתנה רשות מפורשת לכך באתר עצמו (כגון דרך כפתור לשיתוף חבר בפריט). כל שימוש אסור כאמור בתוכן האתר מהווה פגיעה בקניינה הרוחני של     “מירב לב-רן” והאחריות להפרה כאמור על פי כל דין תחול על הלקוח.

דין התקנון

על תקנון זה יחול הדין הישראלי בלבד.

לבית המשפט המוסמך בתל אביב יפו תהיה סמכות שיפוט ייחודית ובלעדית לדון בכל עניין, בקשה או תביעה שתוגש בקשר לשימוש באתר ו/או בכל הנוגע לתקנון.

Merav lev-ran and each of their respective subsidiary, parent and affiliated companies is deemed to operate this Website (“we” or “us”) recognizes that you care how information about you is used and shared. We have created this Privacy Policy to inform you what information we collect on the Website, how we use your information and the choices you have about the way your information is collected and used.  Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.  Your use of the Website indicates that you have read and accepted our privacy practices, as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

General

Using the company website involves collecting limited information about users. Some of the information personally identifies you, your name and mailing listing and identifies products and services that you purchased. This information was provided by you consciously, when you sign up for the site. Some of the information does not identify you personally and is not stored along with details such as statistical and aggregated information. This includes the pages you watched, offers and services which were in your interest, the Internet address (IP) from which you applied, and more.

Registration

When you register, you will be asked for your name and surname, email address, username and password. Certain services will not be provided to the customer without the discloser of this information. Merav lev-ran will ask you just for the necessary information to purchase products or services on the site.

Use and Security of information

Merav lev-ran and / or whomever on its behalf is taking proper precautions to preserve as much as possible the confidentiality of the information. Personal details of the user will be saved in the company’s database only if registered to a direct e-mailing excluding credit card details.
In order to protect the confidentiality of information, Merav lev-ran uses e-commerce protocol (SSL-Secure Socket Layer) to encrypt data from the time they are received until their transfer to the our system. It should be emphasized; credit card details of users are not saved at all in Merav lev-ran database because Merav lev-ran uses an outside company for credit card processing purposes. It is understood that this is an online environment.
In order to allow the use of different services on site, Merav lev-ran cannot guarantee absolute immunity to company’s computer break-ins or exposure of information by another performing an illegal operation, therefore, if a third party succeeds to invade information that is kept at the website database and / or use it negatively, User shall have no claim or demand against Merav lev ran. Also, in cases arising from force majeure, Merav lev-ran is not liable for any damages of any kind, directly or indirectly caused to the user or someone on his behalf, if any information provided is lost or reach a hostile entity and / or used without authorization. Merav lev-ran undertakes not to make use of the details of the users, but only for the purposes of site operations and to enable the purchase on site, and, in order to maintain contact with the user. Notwithstanding the above, Merav lev-ran will be entitled to transfer a user’s personal details to third parties if the user performed an act or omission that damage and / or liable to harm Merav lev-ran and / or any third party,

 the user has used the services of Merav lev-ran to conducted an out of law act, if received by Merav lev ran a court order instructing Merav lev-ran to transfer user information to third parties and in any dispute or legal proceedings. Also, Merav lev-ran can use his personal details of the user, without identifying the specific user, for analyzing statistical information and its presentation and / or to other sources when the purpose of the information is to enhance, modify and enrich the content and services offered by the Merav lev-ran site or in other services that Merav lev-ran provides to the public.

Merav lev-ran wants to send you occasional information via e-mail about its services as well as marketing and advertising. Such information will be transferred to you only if you give explicit consent during registration. The information you provide will be maintained in accordance with the Privacy Act law, 1981, in the database of the company. The site, its content and the trademarks, jewelry designs and all copyright Designs and Patents and intellectual property rights in this website, belong exclusively to Merav lev-ran   and / or third party represented by Merav lev-ran with approval, unless stated otherwise. Accordingly, any reproduction, distribution, transmission, publication, transfer and use of all content appearing on, or in part, without the permission express prior written consent of Merav lev-ran is strictly prohibited, unless expressly permitted on the Site itself (such as through a button for sharing a friend with the item). Any use of such prohibited content on the site, violates intellectual property of Merav lev-ran and the responsibility for such a violation under the law will apply to the customer.

Articles of association

These regulations only apply to Israeli law. Court in Tel Aviv will be the exclusive jurisdiction and exclusively to discuss any matter, request or action brought in connection with the use of the Site and / or with respect to these regulations.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, update, add to, discontinue, remove or otherwise change any portion of this Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, at any time.
